The Things
Why does mine look slightly different from the photo?
Every piece is thrown and glazed by hand, and the kiln has opinions. Small shifts in shape, glaze pooling and colour are part of the object, not a flaw.
Are they food safe?
Yes. Our glazes are food-safe stoneware glazes fired to cone 6.
Can they go in the dishwasher or microwave?
Hand washing keeps the glaze at its best. Please keep them out of the microwave.
Drops
What is a drop?
Each design is made 250 times, in five drops of fifty. When one drop sells out, the next opens for preorder. After the fifth, the design is retired.
How long does a preorder take?
About five weeks from the day the drop opens. We'll email you when your piece leaves the kiln.
Shipping and returns
Where do you ship?
Across Nigeria, and to the UK and US. Delivery times show at checkout.
How long will my order take?
For Drop I, most orders arrive within 3–4 weeks. For later drops, pieces in stock ship within 3 working days, and preorders take about five weeks from the day the drop opens.
What if it arrives broken?
Send us a photo within 48 hours of delivery and we'll replace it.
